We were raised on home cooked food and local diners. Throughout the journey called life, we developed an insatiable taste and respect for foods and their cultures. A casual diner and great coffee is the cornerstone of any local downtown area. The concept for Iron Oven was born out of our respect for what food should be. We hope our little local diner will rekindle feelings of home cooked food with flair... a twist. We strive to give the best product possible while using as many local ingredients as possible with the best service you'll find in the area. It's a lofty goal and we know it... but, we stand behind it.
